Pam’s career started in the Retail sector, spending 18 years working in big corporates and then setting up her own Consulting Business. Here she helped some of the smaller retailers implement better systems and ultimately improve efficiency and increase profits.

In 2013 Pam moved into the Non-Profit world, with a desire to empower others by sharing her knowledge, skills & experience. In 2017 she joined her husband Gregg, to start The Fincoach Foundation – the CSI arm of The Financial Coach cc.

Together their heart is to teach people by combining their years of knowledge and experience, the fundamental principles of good Personal Financial Planning, true self-employment success and professionalism in the work place.

PAM is a detail-oriented strategist who is able to propose creative solutions, bring consistent, meticulous and intuitive insights, together with routine and structure to any situation. Pam considers herself a “thinking partner” and contributes meaningfully to any team, client, or task that she works with, and her value  is long lasting, positive, and uplifting.

Pam’s authentic, caring nature helps build strong relationships in a personal as well as a professional capacity, and she values integrity, equality, accountability and commitment in those relationships.
